Dear Nani, I miss you so much. I'm so grateful for the short but special time we had together since I've been studying in Bristol, I felt so close to you. You were my friend. Since a young age you showered us with gifts and generously shared your love in this way. I remember trips to Bristol when we were little, drawing and playing on the carpet. You were so brave, strong and empowering, until the very end. You would always encourage us to stand up for ourselves, and I will forever carry that forward.
